Six months of skiing: SkiStar's destinations deliver guaranteed snow until May 1st

As winter turns to spring, SkiStar, the leading Scandinavian ski resort operator, looks back on an extraordinary ski season characterized by remarkable achievements and significant growth. Over the past six months, the five Scandinavian ski resorts have served as a haven for numerous families and skiing aficionados. This season, not only delivered exceptional snow reliability,
but also recorded a notable rise in visitors from England, Germany, the Netherlands, and Denmark, who sought the enchanting Scandinavian mountains post-pandemic.

This year stands out with our ski school's record-high attendance, marking one of our most successful seasons. Additionally, our ski rental services experienced heightened demand, with both families and beginners extensively utilizing our premium ski equipment. The joy of families engaging with the slopes, creating memories was a profound highlight of this season.

- We are dedicated to making skiing accessible and enjoyable for all, stated Stefan Sjöstrand, CEO of SkiStar. The increase in international visitors and families this year has been particularly gratifying. It underscores that our commitment to delivering a safe, sustainable, and superior ski experience is meeting the expectations of active families and ski enthusiasts from England, Germany, the Netherlands, and Denmark.

This season sustained 181 days of skiing, supported by meticulous snowfall measurements, ensuring a snow-secure environment. As we conclude the season, let's reflect on the welcoming Scandinavian atmosphere that has characterized this winter. SkiStar's destinations in Sweden - Sälen, Åre, and Vemdalen - and in Norway - Trysil and Hemsedal - all offer a large number of accommodations with direct access to ski slopes and lifts. Nearby, there are children's activities and ski schools.

- Looking ahead, we are committed to enhancing our offerings. Our destinations will continue to focus on snow reliability and family-friendliness. Improvements are underway in our accommodations, SkiStar Lodge and Hotels, as well as the variety of meal packages available, ensuring an even more enriching experience next ski season, concludes Stefan Sjöstrand.
